Listed below are the most frequently asked questions/problems, and

| Q: "Unable to retrieve initial
token..." error |
| A: stream_ON is unable to connect to
the SIRIUS website to retrieve codes necessary for logging in.
Check your Internet connection, then check your firewall settings to
be sure that stream_ON has full access to the Internet. Be
sure to check your Windows firewall, as well as any other firewalls
(Norton/McAfee/etc.) that you may have. Do not worry if you
have a router, as a router will NOT have an effect, since the token
is captured from a standard webpage (no port forwarding is required
to connect to SIRIUS). |

| Q: I am logged in, but I still get
"unable to change channels..." |
| A: There are two causes here.
Double-check your username and password...there is a rare bug on
SIRIUS' system that can allow you to login, even if you enter the
wrong username/password combination. However, you will still
not be able to connect to the streams, even though you are "logged
in." The second solution...try reinstalling Windows Media
Player. |

| Q: Can I record SIRIUS' shows with
stream_ON? |
| A: Yes. Any audio coming into
your computer can be captured. Many commercial audio recording
applications are out there. However, the most reliable and
complete package available is Replay A/V, and is available in many
different versions, from simple to advanced. Check out Replay

SIRIUS' content to others, especially non-subscribers. This
only hurts us, and gets SIRIUS upset. Please keep any
recordings to yourself. |

| Q: There is a big time lag when I
change the channel |
| A:

| Q: Does stream_ON work with premium
streaming? |
| A: Yes. Once you are logged
in, click Settings -> Sound Quality -> Full-Throttle. If you
have premium streaming on your account, stream_ON will switch to the
high bitrate. If not, you will be directed to the SIRIUS
website where you may subscribe to premium streaming. |

| Q: Does stream_ON work SIRIUS
Canada? |
| A: Yes. |

| Q: I have .NET 2.0/3.0
installed...do I still need .NET 1.1 to run stream_ON? |
| A: Yes. stream_ON is built on
.NET 1.1. However, .NET 1.1 can be installed on your computer,
even if you have .NET 2.0/3.0 installed...they are all
interoperable. |
